Simple Rules for a Great Relationship

Please take note of these Terms of Service: they are here to help us all to operate under clear rules, and are designed to protect both parties within a clear and fair framework.

1. Purchase and Payment

A service is considered to have been purchased when payment is made online.

2. Cancellation

You are, of course, free to cancel a service but please understand that no refunds will be given.
For consultancy services that involve monthly reports, if you are unsure about the length of time you wish to commit, please select a time period you are comfortable with.

4. Severability

If a provision of these Terms of Service is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms of Service.
This shall not apply if the deletion of such provision would result in such a material change so as to cause completion of the intended transactions to be unreasonable.
